Joint Annual Planning and Review Workshop 2025 in Lumbini, Nepal

The Joint Annual Planning and Review Workshop 2025 was successfully held on 24–25 April at Lumbini Buddha Garden Resort, Rupandehi, bringing together the project teams of NPL-1083 and NPL-1084, along with the central team of WHH-Nepal. The session commenced with opening remarks from Mr. Arjun Karki, Executive President of RRN, and welcome speech from Mr. Shakeb Nabi, Country Director of WHH-Nepal, setting the tone for the event. Project leads from each team then presented their respective progress through PowerPoint presentations, followed by focused discussion sessions after each presentation. These sessions provided a platform for critical reflection, constructive feedback, and valuable exchange of experiences between the project teams.

The second day of the workshop continued with engaging dialogue, where the MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) team shared key findings, encouraging an open conversation around project limitations, challenges, and opportunities. This was followed by a joint reflection session where all project partners shared the innovations they had observed and were inspired to replicate from one another. The collaborative nature of the workshop has helped strengthen project alignment in addition to fostering a spirit of shared learning and innovation. We are always eager to foster learning through collaboration and explore new ways to multiply the impact of our work at the ground level.
